Make your own homemade Pork Breakfast Sausages with Organic Prairie© Ground Pork and spices! This easy breakfast recipe will give you restaurant style sausage patties in the comfort of your own home!
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1 teaspoon organic sage
- 1 teaspoon organic thyme
- 3/4 teaspoon organic black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon organic fennel seed
- 1/4 teaspoon organic marjoram
- 1/8 teaspoon organic nutmeg

1 pound Organic Prairie© Ground Pork
- 2 tablespoons organic avocado oil
Directions
- In a medium bowl, add the sea salt, sage, thyme, pepper, fennel seed marjoram, and nutmeg. Mix together to combine.
- Add the ground pork and, using your hands, combine the meat with the spices until it is uniform. Form the meat into 8 patties, weighing about 2 ounces each. They should be a little more than 3-inches in diameter.
- In a large skillet on medium/high heat, add the avocado oil. Add four patties and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side, until done. Repeat with the remaining patties.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
