A savory take on ham. This Whole30 approved ham is made with spicy brown mustard, apple cider vinegar, thyme and parsley for an amazing holiday ham that will have the whole table talking!
Ingredients

1 Organic Prairie© Ham
- 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1 teaspoon organic black pepper
- 1 teaspoon organic parsley
- 1 teaspoon organic thyme
- 2 tablespoons organic spicy brown mustard
- 1 tablespoon organic apple cider vinegar
- 5 organic garlic cloves, minced
- organic fresh parsley, for serving
- organic orange slices, for serving
Directions
- Make sure your Organic Prairie Ham is thawed. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Add the ham to a 5.5 quart Dutch oven or baking dish, cut side down.
- In a small dish, add the salt, pepper, parsley, and thyme and mix together. Set aside.
- In another small dish, add the spicy brown mustard, apple cider vinegar, and garlic cloves. Stir together. Add in the spices, and stir together.
- Using your hands, rub the spice mix over the entire ham.
- Cover the ham with foil lightly. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until the internal temperature is 140°F.
- Remove foil and turn oven to 400°F and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, to brown the ham.
