Ingredients

1 package Organic Valley© Pork Bacon
1/2 organic yellow onion
5 organic mini sweet bell peppers
- 4 ounces organic Baby Bella mushrooms
1 1/2 tablespoons organic extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon organic minced garlic

1 package Organic Valley© Grassfed Beef Hot Dogs
6 organic hot dog buns
Directions
- Cook bacon to your liking and chop into small pieces.
- Slice the onion thin. Slice the peppers into strips. Cut mushrooms in half and then into thin slices.
- In a large skillet, add the olive oil and garlic. Put over medium/high heat. Add the veggies and sauté until onions are translucent and veggies are cooked. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook hot dogs any way you like (boil, air fry, or grill)!
- Lightly toast hot dog buns. Add hot dog, and top with veggie mix. Top with bacon pieces.
- Add mustard, ketchup, or soy sauce!
