Make dinner easy with this Chicken Cesar Salad! This simple recipe is Whole30 approved as I use
Organicville's Non Dairy Cesar Dressing with
Organic Prairie Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts for a healthy dinner any night of the week!
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a small baking dish, add the chicken. Season with salt and pepper and generously add the Cesar dressing.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature is 165°F.
Chop lettuce, cucumber, and green pepper and add to a large bowl.
Chop the chicken into cubes and add into the salad.
Top with Cesar dressing and croutons (optional).
