Ingredients

1 pound Organic Prairie® Beef Fajita Meat
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon steak seasoning
- 8 flour tortillas
- Green salsa
Directions
- In a medium bowl, add the fajita meat and wash with cold water. Then pat dry.
- Add the the baking soda and cornstarch and coat it completely. Let it sit for 5 minutes. Then add the steak seasoning and coat completely.
- In a large skillet over high heat, add the fajita meat and cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
- Cook eggs to your liking, over easy, sunny side up, or scrambled! They would all be delicious in tacos.
- Warm tortillas and add eggs, fajita meat, shredded cheese, and salsa!
