Oven: Heat oven to 325°F. Bake 3 hours or until internal temperature reaches 160°F. Let stand for 10 minutes until slicing. Smoker: Smoke for 5-7 hours at 225°F. To prevent brisket drying out, remove when internal temperature reaches 195°F and let rest to a final temperature of 200°F.
