BBQ Baby Back Ribs are easy to make in the oven. A low and slow roast will ensure your ribs fall off the bone! Use your favorite organic BBQ sauce for a simple and easy summer dinner.
Ingredients
- Half rack (1.5 pounds) Organic Prairie Baby Back Ribs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fine sea salt
- 1 teaspoon organic onion powder
- 1 teaspoon organic garlic powder
- 3/4 teaspoon organic white pepper
- Organic BBQ sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 275°F. Line a baking sheet with foil. Remove membrane from the baby back ribs and place on the prepared baking sheet. Pat dry the ribs with paper towels.
- In a small dish add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder and mix together. Sprinkle the dry rub all over the top of the ribs and rub in.
- Cover the ribs with another piece of foil and seal the two foil pieces together, so the ribs are not uncovered at all.
- Bake for 3 hours or until the ribs are tender, remove from oven and remove foil.
- Using a pastry brush brush on your favorite BBQ sauce. Return to the oven for 15 minutes.
Remove again and brush on a second layer of BBQ sauce. Turn the oven up to 400°F and bake for 10 minutes. Ribs should register between 145°F on a meat thermometer.
