Orders ship Monday - Wednesday
UPS Ground orders ship on Monday and Tuesday at $15.95 per order, per address. Orders arrive in 2-4 business days from shipping date.
UPS 2nd Day Air orders ship Monday - Wednesday at $39.95 per order, per address. Orders arrive in 2-3 business days from shipping date.
Overnight orders ship Monday - Wednesday at $59.95 per order, per address. Orders arrive in 1-2 business days from shipping date .

- Your order is processed immediately and cannot be cancelled or revised.
- Orders are shipped on business days only and takes 3-5 days ship.
- Orders placed with a delayed delivery date may be cancelled due to product availability.
- It is very common for the dry ice to have dissipated upon arrival. As long as the product is cool to the touch, the quality has not been diminished. Simply place the product in your freezer or refrigerator (use product within 7 days)
- You have 2 business days to report any issues with your order to receive prompt reimbursement.
- Please contact consumer relations if you have special shipping instructions or to report issues with your order.
- You will receive an email with tracking information within 24 hours after your order ships. Please track your UPS shipment and alert any gift recipients that a perishable gift is on its way.
- Orders are shipped primarily using UPS and sometimes FedEx for remote locations.
- Deliveries are driver release. This means packages are left without a signature.
- Business Deliveries: UPS/FedEx will not leave packages outside of a closed business.
- Organic Prairie is not responsible for delays due to a closed business, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or if delivery is changed via UPS MyChoice.
- P.O. Box or APO addresses are not accepted.
- Holidays, weather and other circumstances may affect delivery schedule.
