Classic Eggs Benedict

- 4 tablespoon Organic Valley Unsalted Butter
- 1 cup Organic Valley Milk
- 1 Simply Organic Hollandaise Sauce Mix pack
- 4 toasted and split English muffins
- 8 Organic Valley Eggs, poached
- 8 Organic Prairie Ham slices
Plate English muffin halves, top each with a slice of ham and a poached egg, and top with 2 tablespoons sauce.
Chef Suggestion: Add sliced tomatoes.
