Turkey Mushroom Loaf
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1 onion
- 2-12 ounce packages Ground Turkey*
- 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup tomato juice
- 2-3 dash hot peppersauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in skillet, add mushrooms, onions, garlic and thyme. Saute 2-3 minutes.. Place mix in large bowl, add turkey and all other ingredients. Blend well.
Pack mix in loaf pan. Bake for 60 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Serves 6-8.
*You can also substitute Organic Prairie Turkey Chubs if desired.
