Stir and brown in a skillet until the meat is no longer pink. For patties, cook on the skillet or grill until the internal temperature reaches 165 °F as measured with a food thermometer placed in the thickest part of the meat. Remove from heat and serve. For oven preparations, such as meat loaf, cook to an internal temperature of 165 °F, remove from heat and let rest for three minutes before serving.
Organic Prairie meats are frozen at the peak of freshness, then individually vacuum sealed in air-tight packages to preserve optimum taste, flavor and freshness. Store in your freezer and thaw meat in the refrigerator or by microwave before cooking.
