Our Organic Chuck Roast is approximately 2 pounds, ideal for braising. This cut is also great to throw in the slow cooker for 6 to 8 hours on low or 4 to 5 hours on high for an easy dinner any night of the week.

These items do have an expiration date printed on them. We recommend consuming these within one year of the expiration date marked on the item.

Store products in the freezer for up to 1 year of the expiration on the package. Simply thaw (in a bowl or zip bag, to be safe) for 24 hours in the fridge.
