The flank steak, also sometimes called the Bavette, Plank Steak, Jiffy Steak, Arrachera, or
London broil, is from the abdominal area of the cow, and is an overall lean cut of beef. When marinated, it becomes an extremely flavorful and versatile cut.

Please note size of the steak, each steak is 17.5 oz (that's more than a pound of steak!)
