ORGANIC SUGAR-FREE HARDWOOD SMOKED UNCURED BACON

Cooking Pork Bacon: Place bacon strips in a single layer and cook over medium heat until browned and crisp.

Cooking Turkey Bacon, Pan Fry (Preferred): Brown over medium heat, turning once to ensure even browning
Cooking Turkey Bacon, Microwave: Place bacon on microwave safe plate. Cover with a paper towel and heat on high, 15-30 seconds per slice.
Cooking Turkey Bacon, Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F Place bacon on pan, and heat about 5-7 minutes.
Cooking Breakfast Sausage Cook to 160°F as measured with a food thermometer placed in the thickest part of the meat. Remove from heat and serve.

Handling: Organic Prairie meats are frozen at the peak of freshness, then individually vacuum sealed in air-tight packages to preserve optimum taste, flavor and freshness. Store in your freezer and thaw meat in the refrigerator or by microwave before cooking.
