Cooking in Smoker:Temperature: 225 degrees Fahrenheit Smoking Time: 5-7 hrs Finished Temperature: 200 degrees Fahrenheit. To prevent brisket from drying out, we suggest removing it when the internal temperature reads 195 degrees Fahrenheit. This will put the temperature just at 200 degrees Fahrenheit by the time you are ready to eat.
Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees.
Handling:Organic Prairie meats are frozen at the peak of freshness, then individually vacuum sealed in air-tight packages to preserve optimum taste, flavor and freshness. Store in your freezer and thaw meat in the refrigerator or by microwave before cooking.
