Stir and brown in a skillet until the meat is no longer pink. For patties, cook on the skillet or grill until the internal temperature reaches 160°F as measured with a food thermometer placed in the thickest part of the meat. Remove from heat and serve. Organic Ground Turkey can be used as a supplement or substitute for beef in your oven cooked recipes, such as meat loaf. Cook to an internal temperature of 160°F, remove from heat and let rest for three minutes before serving.
Handling: Store in your freezer and thaw meat in the refrigerator or by microwave before cooking.
